Firm Profile

We began in 2001 as a full services MEP Engineering company under the name Kenyon & Partners, Inc. KPI Engineering, Inc. was formed in 2007 to expand capabilities and enhance design services delivery.

The ownership team created KPI Services in 2017 to address specific client needs as they were unable to find effective ongoing maintenance and service companies in the area. This further enhanced the KPI brands ability to provide full life cycle (from planning to operation) services to clients. Together, the companies continue to serve long standing clients and continue to add new ones every day.

The KPI companies continue to share the same professional philosophies under common ownership.  Headquarters for both companies are located in Tampa allowing harmonious operation on design/build/maintain work.
